Que hàn điện J421 – VD

Liên hệ

  • Welding low-carbon steel structures such as beam, girder, civil structure, etc.
  • Welded joints are ductile and shock-proof.
  • Possibly welding at all positions including vertical welding from top to bottom
  • Easy to ignite arc

Applied standards

  • ASME/AWS A5.1E6012; E6013
  • JIS: D4313
  • GB: E 4313

Characteristics – applications:

  • J421 – VD is the electrode under the group of rutile sheath. The welded joints are less defective and easy to ignite arc in which arc is stable without splashing and slags are self-blistered.  Welded joints are ductile.
  • Suitable for welding low-carbon steel under 430 ~ 490 Mpa load such as sectional steel structures, barge, ferry, basin, civil welding, etc.
  • Possibly welding at all positions including vertical welding from top to bottom

Instructions for use:

  • Clean oil, grease and dust before welding
  • If the electrode is wet, dry it at 70 ~100 C for 30 ~60 minutes before welding
  • Process welding edges as regulated
  • Select appropriate welding current to avoid possible defects
  • Use AC or DC± power
