Characteristics – applications:
- W49 – VDis the copper-plated welding wire with cover gas of CO2 or admixture of Ar – CO2. Used for semi-automatic or automatic welding machines. The welded joints are intensively penetrated and ductile under pressure at -200
- Suitable for welding low-carbon and low-alloy steel under 490~ 550 Mpa load such as manufacture technology of autos, motorbikes, ships, pressure structures, etc.
- Welding capacity higher than the use of electrodes or TIG welding. Possibly welding at all positions.

Instructions for use:
- Clean oil, grease and dust before welding
- Process welding edges as regulated
- Select appropriate welding current and voltage to avoid possible defects
- Keep a 5~15 mm distance from the object to be welded to air diffuser
- Welding gas must reach standards without mixing with steam, oxygen, etc.
- Ventilate the welding compartment to avoid CO2 asphyxia
- Shield the welding area to avoid O2to approach solder bath for possible fires or explosions
